I'm supposed to write something here about how there are almost more computers in this room as there are people. Yep. There's a whole lotta computing going on around here... Sure is, Eddie. I ain't lyin'. Well, actually, Luke isn't a person, so really there ARE more computers in this room than there are people. Why would I say that Luke isn't really a person? I hear you ask - no really... I am on no sleep... I CAN actually here you ask it. Well, the reason is, no human can be so devastatingly handsome in the face of computers taking over the world as Luke. Look at that profile! He's like some kind of bastard lovechild of a European swimsuit model and a motorcycle gang-leading speed cook. You see him here staring into the monitor like it's a drive through burger box saying "Nigga, where my upsized shake an' chips an' shit?" Then you see Yimmy on the floor and he's all like "If I can't see you, you can't see me... WooooOOOooooOOOoooOOO... Ghosts and shit..." Yeah. And so there are a lot of computers here and Luke's isn't working. Joel says hi.

Wow, a whole shitload of people turned up last night to the "I Used To Skate Once, Too" artshow at the Zoo. It was presented by Matt and Thea from The Outpost store and I dont think that they realised how many people would show up. Im stoked for them.

WEEKEND WARRIORS

Saturday night we partied at Club 299 in the Valley. It was the first time that the whole Tkosm crew had partied all together since Semi Permanent last year. Above: Yimmy likes to party.


Yesterday we went for a road trip to the Gold Coast to visit our ABCK homies. Im stoked to be driving again - I just got my licence back after 10 months of no driving at all.


On the way down the clouds were rad.

NEW YORK FUCKIN CITY

I just got back from the last leg of our trip in New York, Well I got back a day or so ago but Ive been chillen. Here are some random comments and photos from our stay in the Rotten Apple - A city that I have a love/hate relationship with.


So we landed in NYC at midnight, after a few hours of driving around with a friend looking for a hotel/hostel/fuck hotel/whatever, we ended up in midtown Manhattan/ Times Square wandering around aimlessly looking for a hotel with a vacancy. At about 3-4 am we started looking for a suitable place to sleep on the street or in a park or whatever.


Just as we were gearing up to sleep anywhere, we found this skanky place "Hotel Carter" - We paid for our room and went up to discover a random couple that had obviously broken in to the room and had used it for eating, smoking and fucking. This is the hallway they jetted down when we tried to enter our room - classy.


Needless to say we asked for a different room. Check out the interior decorating - "nah mate, looks good, I like it."


Of course for our second night we found alterior accomodation. Here is a random subway shot.

The only TV show that Im hooked on. Yes I was stoked to get home and watch the last 3 episodes that I missed. Now I gotta wait for season three. Fuck!


Day three we landed at Seen's Studio in Da Bronx.


Night 3 and we on the piss again. Chris and Seen were geeing Lee up to drink bourbon shots. Im a bourbon guy but fuck that shit.


After another night on the piss. Yes the godfather snores up a storm. I thought Matt was bad.


I got up early one morning to go line up for Conan O' Brien tickets. I missed out and was really bummed.


Later that day I went to Brooklyn to hook up with Velasco and see the gallery that he is setting up. Rachie Brains was in NY too so she came and hung out.


We went for the 2 hour drive to Poughkeepsie NY for a tattoo "skull" artshow. Afterwards we went rollerskating.


I hadnt roller skated since I was a kid. We had mad fun. A certain famous old-school graffiti writer was dared to roller skate naked, of course he was crazy enough to do it. Here is Lee doin laps.
